At Rouge et Noir Co., all sales are final. Please review all details before purchasing.

All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances, including:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect item selection
  • Sizing or preference issues
  • Shipping delays
  • Dissatisfaction after delivery

Once payment is submitted, the order is final and non-refundable.

No Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
Please confirm all details before checkout.

Pre-Orders & Sourced Items

All pre-order and sourced items are final sale.

By purchasing, you acknowledge:

  • Processing times may vary (typically 2–4 weeks)
  • Items are secured specifically for you
  • No cancellations or refunds will be issued

Damaged or Incorrect Items (Our Responsibility Only)

If you receive:

  • The wrong item, or
  • An item that is significantly damaged

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of packaging

If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit.
Refunds will not be issued.

Store Credit Policy (Limited & At Our Discretion)

We strive to satisfy every customer, but we also maintain strict business boundaries.

In rare, case-by-case situations, store credit may be offered at our discretion.

Please note:

  • Store credit is not guaranteed
  • It will only be considered in situations where we determine it is appropriate
  • Store credit does not apply to standard dissatisfaction or buyer’s remorse

Store credit is our only form of resolution outside of replacements.

Shipping Disclaimer

Once shipped via United States Postal Service or another carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Delays in transit
  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing your purchase, you agree to this policy in full.

We take fraudulent disputes seriously.

Any chargeback filed for a valid order will be fully contested with:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Order fulfillment records
  • This signed policy agreement

Fraudulent chargebacks will result in legal action, regardless of the transaction amount.

We operate with integrity and make every effort to satisfy our customers.
We do not tolerate attempts to exploit or take advantage of our business.

Customers who file unjustified disputes will also be permanently banned from future purchases.
