At Rouge et Noir Co., we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping terms before placing your order.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
  • During high-volume periods (pop-ups, launches, holidays), processing may take slightly longer

Shipping Time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location and the carrier.

We primarily ship through United States Postal Service, but may use other carriers when necessary.

Pre-Orders & Sourced Items

Pre-order and sourced items require additional time.

  • Estimated delivery: 2–4 weeks
  • These timelines are estimates and may vary depending on supplier and shipping conditions

By purchasing a pre-order item, you agree to wait the full processing and shipping timeframe.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Responsibility

Once your package has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, Rouge et Noir Co. is no longer responsible for the shipment.

We are not liable for:

  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Delayed deliveries
  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

If an issue occurs, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer will not be refunded or replaced
  • If a package is returned to us, reshipping fees will apply

Delivery Issues

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it:

  • Check with neighbors or your local post office
  • Contact the carrier immediately

We will not replace or refund orders marked as delivered.

Delayed Shipments

While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier issues
  • High shipping volume

These delays are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.
